We will then no longer send you mailings or newsletters.
• If you have given us your telephone number you will only be contacted by our company by telephone if this is necessary to inform you about those questions or orders you have requested.
• If you give us your mobile phone number via the web, you will only receive text messages (SMS/MMS/ed) from our company if this is necessary to inform you about the questions or orders you have requested.
• If you give us your e-mail address via the web, you will only receive e-mails from our company if this is necessary to inform you about the questions or orders you have requested.

The forms on our website always indicate which fields are mandatory and which are optional to fill in. We do not use your data to contact you for other purposes without your consent.

If you place an order with Dupont NV, we may ask for the following data from you:

• Your name, address and telephone number. We use this information to correctly handle the delivery of your product.
• Your e-mail address, so we can keep you informed about your order.
• Your company name and VAT number. We use this data to create your account in our database and give you access to our website.

In case of errors in the address, billing or other personal data, Dupont NV cannot be held liable for the impossibility of fulfilling its obligations (e.g. delivery or messaging). You are responsible for the confidentiality of the password associated with your user profile. Under 18s can use this website only with the consent of parent or guardian.

Cookies

In order to save your shopping basket, we use a so-called cookie. This is only stored within one session. As soon as you close your browser, the cookie is deleted again.
Like all webshops, we also use a cookie to keep track of which pages are visited and how intensively parts of Dupont NV Webshop are used. This allows us to adapt our site even better to your needs. We expressly do not use this data to compile a profile of our visitors.

Right to access, modify, delete your personal data
